Automate

Systems that keep running without you

Business automation, AI integration, and search visibility are all engineering problems. We build the system, deploy it, and hand you something that carries on working once we have finished.

What we deliver

Workflow automation

Intake, follow-up, scheduling, and reporting rebuilt as pipelines that run on their own. The work you currently do by hand carries on at two in the morning, and tells you when something needs your attention.

AI integration

Language-model features built into your product or your operations on a bring-your-own-key architecture. You hold the API keys, your data flows through accounts you control, and you pay the providers directly at cost.

Technical SEO

Site architecture, rendering, performance, and structured data. It is unglamorous engineering, and it decides whether search engines and AI assistants can read your site at all.

Programmatic SEO

Genuinely useful, indexable pages generated from your data and maintained as software. Hundreds of pages looked after by a system rather than by a content calendar.

The first phase

One working system, built, deployed, and running: an outreach pipeline, an AI integration, or a programmatic SEO architecture. You end the first phase with software in production rather than a strategy document.

Automation projects start from

$3,000

Scoped per project. Blueprint will give you a range for yours in about two minutes.

We run what we sell

Our own products, LawSignals, CronDesk, and CronMail, run on the same automation and visibility systems we build for clients. You can look at the software itself and judge for yourself.

Common questions

What does business process automation cost?
Automation projects at Cronboost start from $3,000. The first phase delivers one working system, built and running in production, such as an outreach pipeline, an AI integration, or a technical SEO architecture. Running Blueprint, our free scoping tool, will give you a range for your own situation.
What is BYOK AI integration?
BYOK stands for bring your own key. We build AI features on your own API accounts, so your data passes through keys you control and you pay the providers directly at cost. If we ever stop working together, the system stays with you and keeps running.
How is technical SEO different from regular SEO?
Technical SEO addresses how your site is built: its architecture, how it renders, how quickly it loads, how it links internally, and how it describes itself through structured data. In our experience most sites that fail to rank have engineering problems rather than content problems, so we treat search visibility, including visibility inside AI answers, as an engineering discipline.
What is programmatic SEO, and when does it make sense?
Programmatic SEO generates a large number of useful pages from structured data, such as one page per city, per integration, or per use case. It works well when your audience searches in predictable patterns and you have real data to answer them with. It fails when the pages are thin, which is why we build it as software with genuine content requirements behind it.

Not sure whether automation is what you actually need?

Run Blueprint. It reads where your business is today and drafts the smallest first phase worth doing. If automation is not the right answer for you, it will say so.

We also do web development and video and content production.
