Our Commitment

At CronBoost, I aim to deliver high-quality digital services tailored to your goals. However, I understand that sometimes situations change. Here's how my refund and cancellation policy works:

1. One-Time Services (Project-Based)

Refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis, depending on how much of the work has been completed.

Eligible for Partial Refund

  • • You request a cancellation early in the process
  • • Less than 50% of the service has been completed

Not Eligible for Refund

  • • Work has been fully delivered or is in final stages
  • • Digital content (e.g., social media posts, chatbot setup, design assets) has already been shared

2. Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly plan at any time.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle

No partial-month refunds are issued once a cycle has started

Example: If you cancel on July 10, your subscription will end on July 30 (assuming a July 1 billing start).

If there is a billing error or service issue on my end, I'll fully investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unresolved chargebacks without communication may lead to blacklisting from future services.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the results?

Yes, if less than 50% of the work has been completed. I work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction, and most concerns can be addressed through revisions and communication.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation. After this period, data may be permanently deleted unless required for legal purposes.
